The Windows Phone 7 is the most recent version of the Windows Mobile operating system whose marketplace is increasing so rapidly than any other app store has to date. Windows Mobile is the Microsoft mobile platform that preceded WP7 and for providing an excellent user experience they redesigned the user interface, integrating the operating system with other services, and strictly controlled the hardware it runs on. Microsoft officially unveiled Windows Phone 7 on 15 January 2010during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and publicized additional details at MIX 2010.According to the Marketplace Browser, there are over 5,138 apps for Windows Phone 7 and according to AndroLib.com there are now over 200,000 android apps in the Android market.
Windows Phone 7 has a friendlier user inter face than previous Windows Mobile devices as it used multi touch technology. The UI which is used in Window Phone 7 is called Metro and its home screen is made up of tiles which are linked with some important features, such as phone, music and videos, email, office, and contacts. The User can customize the tiles, delete them, or add their own by pinning an application, media item, favorite contact, or almost anything to the Start screen, it becomes a tile. It has the ability to pin items from the Start screen and user can launch the camera with the button even when the device is locked. Additionally Email is awesome on Windows Phone 7 and IMHO I find the email experience on Windows Phone 7 to be better than on any other mobile platform. The web browser is quite good and meets all the requirements of the users.
Microsoft admired its development teams for the creation of the new WP7 operating system. WP 7 only runs applications that have first been approved by Microsoft and made available via the Windows Phone Marketplace and its applications are based on Silver light, XNA and .NET Compact Framework. It works great with other Microsoft products for instance Windows, Communications Server, Exchange and Share Point while a reasonably large number of hardware partners are providing choice.
Technology is an important part of our life and writing articles about technology is even harder. There are many people out there who want to write but have no platform to do so. In order to a get a blog most of them resort to paid services. As a matter of fact there are many online services where you can get a free blog and start posting your articles there and the best part is that you can make money also.
